Bo Peep Sign

Bo Peep Sign PemburyA new village sign was erected at Bo Peep corner in the summer of 2006. This sign replaced a painted wooden sign designed by the late Jim Holland. It was destroyed in a storm during the winter of 2001/2002.

The sign is now a silhouette type in black metal with gold lettering and was designed by Richard Cook and was made and erected by Steve Blackman of Blackman Smithy in Robertsbridge.

The Pembury Society took the initiative for arranging for the design and erection of the sign.

The project was jointly funded by the Pembury Parish Council and the Pembury Community Chest, a small fund administered by the Pembury Society
